Dr. Matthew Will has been working in international development in Asia and the Pacific for more than a decade. He has substantial experience in organizational and grassroots development. He has worked in senior leadership with operations and program quality in projects focusing on peace and conflict, disaster response, resilience, gender, small-scale enterprise development, civil society development, citizen action, community security and aquaculture.

His experience living outside the United States while managing projects and organizations inform how he views the world. He brings his grounded perspective into his work.
